How Fit Do I Need to Be? The trails found along the south of the Pembrokeshire Coast are typically more gentle in gradient than the northern reaches, with several isolated sections that will involve steeper climbs. You'll find the experience much more enjoyable if you can tackle each section of the path with ease, and as such, we advise that all our walkers do prepare by trying some slightly longer-distance walks prior to the departure date.
What to Wear in Pembrokeshire: The West of Wales can bring unpredictable changes in water, so carrying waterproof wear in your day-pack is an absolute must.
Power Plugs and Sockets in the UK: Great Britain uses the British three-pin plug exclusively, travellers from overseas will need to bring an adaptor.
